We're looking for an Office Manager who is self-motivated and enjoys keeping things organized and compliant! The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including verifying insurance benefits, entering payments, anwsering phones, and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and administration.
- Present treatment plans and find financial solutions.
- Manage office budgets and expenditures.
- Ensure that all office equipment is properly maintained and in working order.
- Supervise office staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,502.00 - $54,045.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Management: 1 year (Preferred)
